This Dunkin' Donuts was truly a DREAM. I have never been so impressed with a DD like I was this morning. Fresh, hot bagels, soft donuts, and delicious and carefully made drinks. Not to mention how kind and quick the staff was. Truly shook. Amazing work

This is an unusual review in every way. I went through the drive in for an iced tea. They have really great iced tea. The man at the speaker when you drive up had the best voice I've ever heard in customer service. When I got up to the window I told him that. So polite and nice. He should do voiceovers. Such a great voice. See I told you it is an unusual review

Although I don't come in here very often, when I do, I'm usually getting a bagel. Formerly a Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins combined location and it's former location being three doors to it's south, this location is moderately new. When they had the Baskin Robbins here, service was okay. But now things have gotten worse. Lately, I've been getting things toasted that have been ordered as untoasted, along with wrong types of cream cheese used when placed correctly on the receipt as other cheese flavors. It's just amazing that nothing can go out the door correctly at this location.
It's not so much that the employees serving us our food are young, but it's that behind the register, faces are inexperienced "cooks" who make the orders and incorrectly reading the order ticket carefully to ensure accuracy of the provided food when handed to the customer. I sometimes order an unsweet iced tea and end up with a sweetened one and sometimes order a sweet one and receive an unsweet one because of these mistakes.
On separate occasions recently, I've also went to the drive-up window and the experiences continue with no difference. We were physically able to watch the manager do something to our order and one of her employees had to tell the manager that we saw her do something rather rude.
Take the time and read things straight. Make sure you double-check your bags to see exactly what they are throwing at you. However, for right now, I won't be back. I'll try again in a few years...maybe. -

Want an apple fritter? Forget it. Want a fresh hot donut? Forget that too. D&D now cooks their donuts off site and trucks them to the stores. Limited selection. At least their coffee is brewed fresh.
Very disappointed. -

Who doesn't put milk in a coffee colata? This place.
